'Personality Development' is the development process to enhance one's personality and attitude through organized thought & behavior patterns that make up a person's unique personality and emerge over time. Today, the society around us lacks the values that are used to constitute a base for ethics, spirituality, and morals that affect the behavior and personality of an individual. With the emergence of negativity and negative thoughts, we have lost our analytical and rational thinking abilities, which later starts affecting behavior.
